Four brothers from Montenegro are beyond thrilled to introduce their newest restaurant to the Cheshire, CT, dining scene. This is not their first rodeo, though - it’s their 10th, to be exact. However, it is their first steakhouse out of New York City. Perhaps, just what this quaint New England town was missing! This quartet of brothers has been in the restaurant and butcher business in the U.S. for over 30 years and stems from 3 generations of chefs, butchers, and restaurateurs. At Butcher Bros SteakHouse, all of their dry-aging is done on-site in an aging box located right within the walls of their restaurant - soon to be on display for all guests to see. This ensures each cut of meat is dried to perfection. They’ll settle for nothing less than the best! This promise of perfection carries through with each dish they create – a menu curated of meals that will truly make your mouth water and undoubtedly make you come back for more.
About the Chefs:
Celebrity chef Dino Redzic, one of the four Butcher Bros. brothers, owns many well-loved restaurants in Manhattan. Since 1992, Chef Redzic has added his culinary expertise to the New York hospitality industry and beyond, his service and experience from upscale hotels to the James Beard Foundation, Windows on the World, and the world-famous Rainbow Room. He’s worked alongside some of the culinary industry’s greatest - including Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Charlie Trotter, Charlie Palmer, David Boulee, Gary Danko, Roberto Donna, Jose Andres, Ari Nieminen, Christian Delouvrier and many more. Alongside Chef Dino, you’ll find his brother, Executive Chef Jerry Sinanovic. Just like Dino, Jerry’s devoted his life to the industry. From Gino’s Restaurant in Howard Beach to Ben & Jack’s Steak House in Manhattan, his lifelong experience has truly created a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen. To no surprise, their brother, Tony Redzic, has as well spent a lifetime in the restaurant industry, with longtime experience coming from managing world-renowned Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in New York and Miami. He has devoted himself fully to delivering not only the highest quality of cuisine but the best overall dining experience one can have. This promises to hold true at Butcher Bros SteakHouse in Cheshire.
